let friends set up shared lists with option to make private

girls love doing this kind of thing - and while it's nice to share ideas - there are times that you might want to pick something out and keep it secret between a group of you....for example - a glam party that's coming up, a weekend away, or hen-party - where you might not want the world to necessarily see what you're wearing, or planning to do etc etc...

the idea is that the creator starts a list, marks it private, and can invite then only who they want, to both see the contents of the list, and submit ideas, and perhaps also comment/vote on what they think of the things that the others have added to the list?

allow for your own "where to buy" links to be deleted

I just put the same "where to buy" link on twice, and didn't realise until it was too late. It would be good if we could edit our own supplied links.

preview the image on the same page as the url for new submit

i've done it a number of times now where the pic won't load up from the first website i choose, and I have to cancel the whole submission and start again from a new website, and hope that the image gets picked up from the second site.

is there any way of either:
1) previewing the picture beforehand
2) rating the site for ability to pick up pics beforehand
3) letting you go back and change the photo, or pick a better url for the image?
4) using google to search for images linked to your keyword and choosing one of those instead?

There was a bug that was stopping some images from loading. That’s fixed now, so it should be much better at picking up the correct image.

Add user polls, e.g. to decide which of 2 skirts to buy

People would create their own polls, then others could vote on the best item. Once the vote has been cast, the results are shown and another poll is displayed.

The way to do that is simply to tag the item appropriately (e.g. tag with ‘fashion’ to have the item listed in the Fashion category). I’ll look into making the main categories more obvious choices in the tag suggestions.
